Job summary

ALONE is seeking a Community Impact Coordinator to strengthen community support for older people in Ireland. This role involves recruiting and supporting member organisations, coordinating training sessions, and building relationships across communities.

Ideal candidates should be passionate about community development, have experience in training, and possess strong communication skills. Full-time permanent contract with a competitive salary of €37,000 and additional benefits including pension scheme and annual salary reviews.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit and support new and existing CIN member organisations.
• Build strong relationships through ongoing engagement and training.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions and community programmes.
