Qualifications

• Knowledge of the structure and functions of local government.
• Ability to formulate and operate community development programmes.
• Proficiency in report writing and data processing.
• Experience with social media for public communication.
• Understanding of Government funding opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and operate a programme of community development initiatives with active participation of local communities.
