Job summary

Panda Inn Chinese Limited T/A Panda Inn Chinese Takeaway, Unit 4, Alderwood, Main Street, Stamullen, Co. Meath, is looking for a Commis Chef with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to support the Head Chef and Chef De Partie in preparing, producing and presenting authentic Chinese cuisine.

The annual salary offered is €36,605 for a 39-hour week. Essential requirements include a minimum of 2 years’ experience and Level 6 qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in commis chef role.
• Experience in preparing authentic Chinese cuisine.
• Level 6 qualification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef and Chef de Partie in preparing, producing and presenting authentic Chinese cuisine.
• Support kitchen operations and maintain mise en place.
• Help ensure kitchen hygiene, safety and efficient service.
