Job summary

Link Personnel Services is assisting a Dublin-based commercial law firm in recruiting experienced Commercial Litigation Associates. The role requires a minimum of 3 years PQE and a demonstrated track record in handling large-scale litigation across varied sectors.

You will manage a diverse caseload, draft pleadings, liaise with counsel, and advise clients on case law, ADR options, and dispute resolution strategies. Business development duties are also part of the remit.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Litigation.
• Track record of working on large scale cases.
• Open to business / client development opportunities.
• Experience in a mid sized firm would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing litigation caseload in all courts to include drafting pleadings, liaising with counsel (where applicable) and management of case files to conclusion.
• Working on a varied caseload to include cross border and shareholder disputes, white collar crime, aviation insurance cases amongst others
• Working with Partners across a range of litigation matters
• Advising clients on relevant case law and legislation. These roles are client facing roles.
• Advising clients on ADR options, and participating in mediations and arbitrations.
• Advising clients on how to resolve disputes effectively.
• Networking and Business Development duties.

Our Client is a mid - sized, but growing law firm based in Dublin City Centre. Due to expansion, they require commercial litigation associates with 3+ years' experience to fill roles across the dept.

Salary: to €100k
