Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a commercial insurance role.
• Up-to-date CPD with APA Commercial or Grandfathered Commercial.
• Strong product knowledge and market awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and foster loyalty.
• Oversee renewal process for commercial policies and negotiate terms.
• Evaluate client risk profiles and advise on suitable insurance products.
• Provide excellent service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Achieve New Business/Renewal targets and support company procedures.
