Job summary

Howden Ireland is seeking an Account Executive to manage policy renewals and client relationships within our Commercial book. You will oversee renewals, provide tailored insurance solutions, and identify new business opportunities to grow the client base.

The role requires 3–5 years in commercial insurance, CPD up-to-date, and strong negotiation skills. A hybrid/onsite approach and a focus on service quality will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in a commercial insurance role.
• APA Commercial or Grandfathered Commercial with up‑to‑date CPD required.
• Excellent knowledge of the commercial insurance market and products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty.
• Oversee renewal process for commercial policies, review terms and negotiate renewals.
• Provide expert advice on suitable insurance products and coverage options.
