Job summary

Kepak Group in Ireland runs the Culinary Graduate Programme 2027 to develop new products from concept to launch. Graduates will work with the NPD team in a hands-on capacity, gaining practical experience and exposure to the entire product development lifecycle.

The two-year programme includes cross-department rotations at Kepak’s Centre of Excellence, mentoring, and travel to sites in the UK and Ireland, building a pathway to advanced roles within culinary and product development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts or related field required.
• Experience or background in chef/kitchen environment preferred.
• Knowledge of sensory analysis and ingredient functionality beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support concept design and product development for new foods.
• Participate in testing and sensory analysis to meet taste and quality standards.
• Assist with ingredient sourcing, recipe formulation, and prototype development.
• Analyze test data and recommend product improvements.
• Maintain documentation of formulations, test results and progress.
