Job summary

Scanomat UK & Ireland is seeking a Coffee Machine Field Service Technician in Dublin, Ireland. You will diagnose, repair, and install coffee machines at customer sites, ensuring uninterrupted service and high quality output.

You will survey sites, perform installations, handle maintenance tasks, and document all work. A full-time, field-based role requiring a valid driving license and strong technical skills.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in mechanical and electrical systems for diagnosing and repairing coffee machines.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to communicate professionally.
• Ability to manage time and schedule across field visits.
• Willingness to travel daily to customer locations and attend company meetings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair coffee machines at customer locations with minimal downtime.
• Conduct site surveys and equipment installations.
• Carry out filter exchanges and routine maintenance as directed.
• Ensure coffee equipment meets specifications for consistent quality.
• Maintain documentation via online job sheets and time sheets.
• Report faults, breakages or equipment failures to line manager.
• Keep company tools/vehicles in good working order and stock organized.
