Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our client, is seeking experienced CNMs for full-time roles across Ireland, including Galway, Roscommon, Offaly and Cork. The CNM will lead care delivery, oversee medication management, supervise staff, and ensure HIQA-compliant practices.

Applicants should hold a BSc in General Nursing, be registered with NMBI, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Full rights to work in Ireland are required; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in General Nursing or equivalent.
• Previous managerial training/experience is an advantage.
• Registered on the NMBI live register.
• Full rights to work in Ireland – no sponsorship available with these positions.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

Clinical Nurse Manager's (CNM) -Nationwide

Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client is looking to recruit experienced CNM's with recent experience working in Aged Care in Ireland. We have full-time open CNM vacancies across Ireland including Galway, Roscommon, Offaly and Cork.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the delivery of the highest standards of nursing and social care which meet the individual needs of each resident
• Medication Management
• Staff Supervision & Training
• Auditing- HIQA inspections
• Review recent admissions ensuring appropriate assessments, planning implementation, and evaluation of care is documented.
• Interact and support residents and families daily and act as a key point of contact for all relatives and visitors and an ambassador for the Care Centre
• Ensure that complaints are swiftly dealt with at the point of contact
• Ability to assist with all the Director of Nursing responsibilities to effectively take on the role when covering for annual leave

Requirements
