Job summary

Bon Secours Hospital Limerick is recruiting a Site Manager - CNM III on a part-time basis of 18.5 hours per week to support nursing management and clinical leadership across wards.

The CNM III will supervise nursing teams, promote safe, high-quality patient care, and drive policy implementation with the nursing leadership team. Applicants must be an RGN with active registration, preferably with a management qualification or leadership experience; must be flexible to cover 24/7 shifts.

Qualifications

• Registered as General Nurse (RGN) with active registration.
• Minimum 7 years post-registration experience.
• Experience in management or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for nursing care provision.
• Direct Nursing Services to maintain high patient care standards.
• Support staff in implementing hospital procedures and policies.
• Develop and review policies with stakeholders.
• Monitor patient activity and service delivery.
• Lead change and quality improvement in nursing.
