The Department of Defence seeks an MIF Administrator for Enterprise Asset Management to join the Naval Base at Haulbowline Island, Cobh. You will manage the CMMS, train operators, and supply senior management with governance and compliance insights.

As part of a mixed civilian/military team, you will be responsible for continuity of service, issue resolution, and acting as a subject matter expert through the helpdesk, ensuring data accuracy and operational readiness.

Formación

• Education: NFQ Level 7 in Accountancy, Finance, Logistics, or Supply Chain or equivalent
• Core competencies: Administrative and Organisational Skills, Systems and Technical Proficiency, Attention to Detail and Data Accuracy, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, Problem Solving and Initiative, Governance and Confidentiality, Teamwork and Professional Conduct

Responsabilidades

• Provide continuity of service in the operation and administration of the NS CMMS.
• Provide guidance and training to CMMS operators.
• Provide management with real time information on Governance and Compliance.
• Support military staff in maintenance inspections to ensure Governance and Compliance.
• Act as subject matter expert, provide continuity of support to NS operators through the helpdesk.
