Job summary

Wiz is seeking a Solutions Support Engineer to join a global team delivering expert-level technical support across the Wiz cloud-native security platform. You will investigate complex multi-domain issues spanning cloud infrastructure, workload protection, vulnerability management, and runtime defense across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

The role blends deep technical troubleshooting with growing AI-driven automation to scale support and improve resolution quality.

Qualifications

Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux operating systems.
Strong understanding of cloud security fundamentals (IAM, network segmentation, compliance).
2+ years with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) including IAM, networking, and core services.
Experience reading and debugging code (Python, Shell, JavaScript/JSON, Java, Go, Terraform/HCL).
1+ years deploying and troubleshooting production Kubernetes clusters.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve customer technical issues across cloud security, posture management, vulnerabilities, and runtime defense.
Troubleshoot cloud connector and integration failures across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and SaaS platforms, including IAM and networking.
Diagnose workload scanning and runtime security issues, including deployment, sensor config, and malware detection.
Analyze vulnerability findings, triage false positives, and assess SBOM/SCA results.
Support shift-left security workflows including CI/CD scanning and IaC security.
