McKesson is seeking a Sr. Associate Cloud Security Engineer to safeguard our cloud, hybrid, and on‑premises environments. You will implement security controls, monitor risks, and drive remediation with cross‑team collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in cybersecurity or related field with 2+ years in security ops, network security, or cloud security, and experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and cloud platforms. A strong scripting foundation is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity, network security, IT infrastructure, or cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, DNS, HTTP, and enterprise network communications.
• Experience with network security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, or segmentation controls.
• Experience reviewing or supporting network access management within enterprise environments.

Mansioni

• Implement and maintain security controls across cloud, network, and infrastructure environments, aligned with enterprise standards.
• Analyse security alerts, investigate suspicious activity, and support incident response using monitoring tools.
• Assist with vulnerability management by validating findings and coordinating remediation through resolution.
• Review network access requests and connectivity to ensure least-privilege access.
• Evaluate network traffic and protocols to identify security risks and support secure design.
• Support compliance, audits, and risk assessments with evidence and control reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security requirements into deployments and changes.
