Job summary

Qualifications

• NFQ level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline and 6+ years of related work experience.
• Experience leading staff and conducting performance reviews.
• Ability to develop training and assign tasks; provide guidance to teams.
• Manage resources and budgeting within a department; monitor costs.
• Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, DOPs, MPI, and JIT processes.

Responsibilities

• Implements a staffing plan by identifying resource requirements and coordinating with HR.
• Develops direct reports through training and performance reviews.
• Monitors daily operations and guides supervisors and staff to meet goals.
• Interacts with internal and external customers to address requests and explain procedures.
• Interprets and enforces policies affecting work processes and personnel.
• Contributes to development of area budgets through cost analysis.
• Monitors compliance with FDA, BSI and other regulatory standards.
• Monitors indicators via reports and departmental communications.
• Contributes to area policy development and operational procedures.
