Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a Business Analyst Manager to support Citco’s Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team in Ireland. You will identify, analyse and document business, functional and system requirements, and provide guidance to a team of analysts to deliver high-quality outputs.

You will promote CLM Ways of Working, ensure alignment with business priorities, and collaborate with senior management, operations, compliance and technology stakeholders to drive effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, analysis and documentation of business, functional and system requirements.
• Provide guidance and oversight to a team of business and system analysts to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Promote and embed CLM Ways of Working, driving consistent and efficient business analysis practices.
• Collaborate with senior management, business operations, compliance and technology teams.
