Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking an AML leader to oversee policy reviews, regulatory alignment, and project delivery from Dublin. You will guide the AML program, manage escalations, and coordinate regulatory changes with senior management across jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates bring 6–8 years AML experience in financial services, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of Ireland and international AML rules.

Responsibilities

• Involved in the continuous review and enhancement of AML team procedures while ensuring adherence to policies.
• Oversee AML processes to ensure company and regulatory objectives.
• Lead AML project planning and delivery oversight.
• Support business as usual processes as required.
• Stay abreast of emerging financial crime trends including tech/reg tech.
• Act as a key point of contact for AML queries and escalations.
• Assist business in coordinating and implementing regulatory changes.
• Review AML regulations and inform senior management of impacts on procedures.
• Motivate and develop staff including AML training to provide high service levels.
• Build strong relationships with Clients, MLROs, regulators, auditors and others.
