Job summary

UPMC Sports Surgery Clinic in Dublin is seeking a Pharmacist for an 11-month fixed-term post. You will provide safe pharmaceutical care under the Chief Pharmacist, support medicines information and SOPs, and collaborate with the MDT to optimise patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland or be entitled to be so registered.
• Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development and role-specific learning.
• Ability to demonstrate planning, organisational and resource management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective, safe pharmaceutical care to patients under the Chief Pharmacist.
• Support development and maintenance of SOPs for procurement, storage, and dispensing.
• Contribute to medicines information resources for clinicians and patients.
• Participate in MDTs and hospital committees to improve services.
• Audit compliance with good clinical practice and report incidents.
• Engage in continuous professional development and adhere to HIQA standards.
