Qualifications

Registered nurse with an active PIN and Bord Altranais.
Managerial experience in a nursing home is preferred.
Enthusiastic about dementia care and gerontology.
Strong leadership abilities and clinical competency.

Responsibilities

Assist nursing staff by providing clinical supervision and leadership to ensure high-quality resident care.
Maintain person-centered care across all aspects of resident well-being.
Promote independence and quality of life for residents.
Support adherence to regulations, assist with audits and inspections.
Develop and coach staff to advance professionally.
