Job summary

Avista in Dublin seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 for the Community Residential Service. You will lead clinical care, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centred support for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

The role requires NMBI registration, at least 3 years in a staff nurse role, driving licence, and strong communication; salary subject to public sector experience, with a panel for future vacancies.

Qualifications

• Be registered with NMBI (RNID qualification preferred).
• Minimum of three years’ experience at staff nurse level.
• Certificate of completion for “An Introduction to Children First- E-learning module.”
• Full clean manual Irish driving licence and access to your own car.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Experience working with children/young people with complex and/or Autism.
• Ability to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
• Level 2 behavioural competencies of AVISTA competency framework.
