Job summary

Pfizer Ireland Ringaskiddy seeks a Technologist to join the Ringaskiddy Clinical Manufacturing Facility (RCMF). You will work in Process Teams supporting new product introductions and operate cutting-edge continuous manufacturing technologies to deliver clinical campaigns safely, with quality and efficiency.

You will travel to observe new processes, contribute to technical transfers, and support investigations, data analysis and documentation to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in API/ biopharma manufacturing or food processing.
• Have at least a level 7 or higher (NFQ) qualification in pharma, biopharma, chemical/process/ mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• API continuous manufacturing experience is advantageous.
• Excellent technical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated high performance in a dynamic, start-up style facility.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize activities to support manufacturing schedule and RCMF goals.
• Work in and across shift patterns to meet production needs.
• Ensure flawless manufacturing execution against safety, quality and customer service metrics.
• Lead investigations and resolve process problems on plant equipment.
• Collect data, trend and generate technical reports; support tech transfer.
