Job summary

Novartis is seeking a CSE External/Contractor to train as a Clinical Scientific Expert I, providing clinical data review and insights across trial phases. You will work under guidance within the iCTT, contributing to data quality plans and process improvements while collaborating across functions.

The role is hybrid and offered through Magnit Global. A life sciences advanced degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred, with fluency in English and strong data skills.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in life sciences/healthcare required or clinically relevant degree.
1–2 years in scientific/operational clinical studies or 3–4 years in Clinical Operations/Scientific roles.
Good understanding of GCP and drug development processes.
Strong scientific knowledge in at least one therapeutic area.
Experience with data collection, analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Perform high quality clinical data review and identify insights.
Contribute to data review strategy and quality plans.
Support CRF development and data capture tool implementation.
Support data review process improvements with cross-functional teams.
Attend study level meetings as required.
