Job summary

Thérapie Clinic in Carlow is seeking a skilled Manager to lead and inspire our clinic team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional client experiences across every touchpoint. You will shape the clinic's culture and performance while maintaining the highest standards of treatments and service.

You will manage operations, rosters, training, and compliance with brand procedures, conduct weekly team meetings, monitor KPIs, and nurture growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Management or supervision experience.
• Organisation and attention to detail.
• Customer service experience.
• INDHP

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
• Customers are at the forefront of everything we do, ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service and all times.
• Ensuring all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
• Weekly 1-2-1's meetings with team members.
• Completing weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets.
• Employee relations including probation management, disciplinary and grievance management.
• Staff Rostering/ Annual Leave management.
• Ad Hoc duties as required.
