Thérapie Clinic Cork is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead the Carrigaline clinic, drive sales, and inspire a high‑performing team while upholding the clinic’s standards of treatments and client service.

You will drive operational excellence, mentor staff, and ensure policies are followed, with weekly 1‑2‑1s and regular reporting to achieve commercial targets.

This full‑time, on‑site role offers uncapped earnings and employee discounts on treatments and skin brands.

Qualifications

• Management or supervision experience.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Mentoring capability.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
• Ensure a 5-star service and client experiences at all times.
• Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
• Weekly 1-2-1 meetings with team members.
• Completing weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets.
