Job summary

Sisu Clinic in Ireland is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee our South Anne Street, Ranelagh and Terenure clinics, ensuring a seamless patient experience and strong retail performance. You will lead front‑of‑house teams, manage rosters, coach staff, drive promotions, handle stock and merchandising, and ensure health and safety across venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles within clinics or retail.
• Experience setting targets, budgeting and staff scheduling.
• Experience in inventory, pricing and merchandising.
• Proven ability to lead a team to KPI targets.
• Ability to work full-time 37.5 hours per week, including Saturdays.

Welcome to where beauty meets medicine. At Sisu Clinic we have 26 successful Doctor-led Aesthetic Clinics in Ireland, London and the USA. We specialise in age-prevention & restorative non-invasive treatments, including Botox, Dermal fillers, Skin boosters, Thread lifts, and more.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Clinic Manager to join our team.

This position will be responsible for our South Anne Street, Ranelagh and Terenure Clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring a seamless, high-quality patient experience and consistent adherence to clinical and retail best practices.
• Lead and develop the front-of-house team: rostering, coaching, performance reviews, onboarding, and driving exceptional service and grooming standards.
• Set and track sales targets, promote treatments and retail products, and run local promotional campaigns.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, pricing, and merchandising, keeping stockrooms organized and compliant.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming clinic through housekeeping, facilities upkeep, and regular health & safety audits.
• Ensure HR and company policy compliance, escalating formal matters as needed.
• Monitor clinic performance and support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• The ability to provide excellent customer service
• Previous business planning experience including setting of targets, business analysis and staff scheduling
• Previous retail operations management including inventory and facility management and cash reconciliation
• Experience creating promotional events
• Proven track record of leading a team to achieve KPI’s
• Ability to work full-time 37.5 hours per week at retail hours, and selected Saturdays
