Job summary

Ifac, Ireland’s leading specialist accounting firm, is seeking a Client Services Director for Dublin. You will work with partner and specialist teams to advise Agri & SME clients and drive growth across the region.

This role offers exposure to high‑impact advisory and accounting services in a fast‑growing practice. You will lead client service strategies, oversee performance metrics, and mentor a team while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • A qualified CPA, ACCA, ACA or CTA with PQE in public practice.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills are essential.
  • Analytical thinker with technical knowledge in taxation heads.
  • Interest in financial modelling and business development.

Are you ready to join a high-performance accounting team delivering excellent client advice and outcomes? We are seeking an experienced and talented Client Services Director to join our Dublin team and work closely with our partner and specialist teams.

The Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide expert advisory and accounting services to our Agri & SME clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Supporting business growth by identifying new client opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Developing and implementing client service strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Overseeing client satisfaction, service performance, and related metrics.
You Will Be
  • A qualified CPA, ACCA, ACA, or CTA accountant with a minimum of seven years of experience (PQE) in public practice.
  • A passion for helping business owners solve problems and maximize opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and technical knowledge.
  • A working knowledge of relevant tax heads.
  • An interest in financial modelling, business planning, and development.
  • Commercial awareness and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
