Job summary

Ifac in Cavan is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to work closely with Partners and specialist teams, delivering expert advisory and accounting services to SME clients.

You will play a key role in driving growth, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the firm’s next phase of development. This is a full-time role in a high-growth professional services environment.

Qualifications

  • CPA/ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of three years’ experience in Public Practice.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Commercial awareness and a commitment to customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • A passion for helping businesses achieve their potential.

Responsibilities

  • Review financial accounts and tax computations for sole traders, companies and partnerships.
  • Manage a portfolio of SME clients and drive client impact.
  • Contribute to growth and development of the Practice.

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Accountant to join our Cavan Office and work closely with our Partners and specialist teams.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing financial accounts and tax computations for sole traders, companies and partnerships.
