Job summary

Flutter is seeking a Finance Analyst to join the Client Funds team. You will help migrate reconciliations onto ARCS, supporting end-to-end processes from onboarding new payment routes to month-end close across Flutter brands.

You will work with finance and data teams on high‑volume data, document functional specs, coordinate with payment processors, and continuously improve reconciliation workflows while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with high data volumes and financial reconciliations.
• Proficient with EPM ARCS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Attention to detail when handling sensitive financial data.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with data integration and reconciliation processes.
• Willingness to learn and drive improvements.
• Alteryx knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements for onboarding reconciliations onto ARCS.
• Document functional specifications: matching rules, workflows, and compliance.
• Coordinate with external payment processors to streamline reporting flows.
• Collaborate with internal finance and data teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Perform high-volume reconciliations maintaining data integrity.
• Handover migrated reconciliations into BAU with the team.
• Map data across systems for seamless integration.
• Track project plans and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct month-end reconciliations and ensure accuracy of data.
• Identify opportunities to enhance ARCS functionalities and workflows.
• Maintain documentation for data integration and reconciliation processes.
• Provide ongoing support for data integration issues.
• Continuously improve processes for efficiency and accuracy.
