Job summary

GCS is seeking a Junior AI Developer to join our growing AI team, delivering practical AI solutions across the full project lifecycle. You will work with clients and stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy AI applications, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.

The role focuses on hands-on AI development, including LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and AI-powered automation. Remote-friendly with occasional travel for team collaboration; Irish-based candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI systems in a commercial or client-facing environment.
