Job summary

Thérapie Clinic in Dublin is seeking a Clinic Coordinator for our Liffey Valley Clinic. You will support client satisfaction, drive revenue goals and sales performance, ensuring an exceptional client journey from check-in to follow-up.

You will work with a fast-paced team, manage bookings, stock, and upsell opportunities while promoting our skin and body treatments. You’ll benefit from comprehensive training and uncapped earnings through commissions.

Qualifications

• Qualified Beauty Therapist.
• Experience in client experience management or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service from first contact to follow-up.
• Manage online reviews and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Maximise clinic efficiency through diary and booking management.
• Manage stock accurately, including AWI deductions.
• Drive consultations with upselling and cross-selling.
• Meet KPIs for consultation success, walk-in conversions, and average spend.
• Ensure seamless check-in/out journey for every client.
• Promote skin consultations and identify upsell opportunities via forms.
• Track AWI stock and ensure clinical room standards.
