SEETEC EMPLOYMENT AND SKILLS IRELAND is seeking a Service Support Associate to provide first-line contact with clients and employers, processing information and verifying employment milestones across the client journey.

You will support frontline teams from appointment scheduling to post-employment verification, in a fast-paced environment with a focus on concise, clear communication and excellent customer service. Hybrid working in Ireland is offered with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate minimum requirement.
• Telephone-based or face-to-face customer service experience.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective and demonstrable team player.
• Positive interpersonal skills and professional communication.
• Ability to communicate clearly across all methods of contact.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Initiative to utilise available resources to identify solutions.
• IT proficiency including Microsoft Office.
• Fluent level English.
