Job summary

CPL in Ireland is seeking a Site Services Lead to take day-to-day ownership of project delivery, health & safety, and people management across cleanroom and controlled-environment sites in Leixlip. You will drive commercial performance and oversee client relationships,protocol management and site compliance.

Qualifications

• Senior site services or operations management experience in cleanrooms or controlled environments.
• Strong health & safety knowledge with experience in compliance and incident investigation.
• Project planning, change and risk management experience.
• People leadership including recruitment and induction.
• Commercial and financial acumen with quoting and invoicing experience.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery of projects and H&S across sites.
• Prepare quotes and manage invoicing.
• Lead recruitment, induction and people management.
• Oversee payroll, pensions, and budget control.
• Manage customer meetings and contracts.
• Develop and implement the Project Execution Plan.
• Prepare status reports and project plans.
• Monitor risks, changes, and issues per procedures.
• Ensure compliance with clean zone protocols and documentation.
• Coordinate construction clean program and training sessions.
