Job summary

Ebara PM seeks an ambitious Field Service Engineer to provide hands-on support for advanced Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) systems in a cleanroom environment in Ireland. In this role, you will conduct installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on state-of-the-art semiconductor equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HVM environment or 1 year experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Extensive experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and software systems is desirable.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site field service support for CMP equipment.
• Perform installations, repairs, and upgrades of CMP systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues on CMP semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
