Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor in Dublin 7 for a full-time, on-site role. You will supervise Cleaning Operatives, recruit and train staff, and manage budgets and resources to deliver top service.

The position requires leadership of up to 20 staff and a hands-on, team-first approach. You will also conduct audits, ensure health and safety compliance, and foster strong client relationships while driving continuous improvement.

• Supervisor experience in a similar environment, ideally cleaning industry.
• Experience leading teams of up to 20 people.
• Hands on approach and willingness to jump in.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Cleaning Operatives to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Recruit, train, induct and manage staff with appraisals and briefings.
• Monitor budgets, stock levels and resources for cost-efficient service delivery.
• Conduct audits, ensure contract compliance and health & safety.
• Build client relationships and drive service improvements.

What you'll do:

• Supervise and support Cleaning Operatives, ensuring high cleaning standards and effective team performance.
• Recruit, train, induct, and manage staff, including appraisals, team briefings, and performance reviews.
• Monitor budgets, stock levels, and resources to deliver services efficiently and within agreed costs.
• Conduct audits, ensure contract compliance, and maintain health and safety standards across all operations.
• Build strong client relationships, drive continuous service improvement, and identify new business opportunities.

What you'll bring:

• Supervisor experience in a similar environment - ideally cleaning industry
• Experience with leading large teams of up to 20 people
• Hands on approach - not afraid to jump in and get your hands dirty
• You're a team player with good spoken and written communication skills
