Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Cleaning Operatives, ensuring high cleaning standards and effective team performance.
• Recruit, train, induct, and manage staff, including appraisals, team briefings, and performance reviews.
• Monitor budgets, stock levels, and resources to deliver services efficiently and within costs.
• Conduct audits, ensure contract compliance, and maintain health and safety standards across operations.
• Build strong client relationships, drive service improvement, and identify new business opportunities.

What you'll do:

• Supervise and support Cleaning Operatives, ensuring high cleaning standards and effective team performance.

• Experience with leading large teams of up to 20 people
• Hands on approach - not afraid to jump in and get your hands dirty
• You're a team player with good spoken and written communication skills
