Job summary

Apleona is seeking cleaners for our site in Blarney, Co. Cork. The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week, with a fixed-term contract of 1 year.

The ideal candidate has a good work record, experience with cleaning equipment, and basic health and safety knowledge. You should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and be flexible, honest, and reliable. Join a team-focused environment and help maintain high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum carpets and mop/buff floors.
• Clean toilets and polish glass/brass surfaces.
• Collect and dispose of rubbish.
• Use cleaning materials and equipment safely (COSHH guidelines).
• Report defects and safety issues promptly.
• Maintain security awareness and report suspicious activities.
• Undertake job-related training as needed.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Work effectively as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
