Job summary

Apleona UK in Dublin 2 is seeking a Part-Time Cleaning Operative to join our team. The role offers up to 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with duties including cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

You will vacuum, mop, clean toilets and polish surfaces, follow COSHH guidelines, and report any safety issues promptly while working as part of a friendly team delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Good work record; cleaning experience desirable.
• Experience with cleaning equipment is desirable.
• Basic health and safety knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Flexible, honest and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum carpets and mop/buff floors.
• Clean toilets and polish glass/brass surfaces.
• Collect and dispose of rubbish.
• Use cleaning materials and equipment safely (COSHH).
• Display safety signage during cleaning operations.
• Report defects and safety issues promptly.
• Maintain security awareness and report suspicious activities.
• Undertake job-related training as needed.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Work effectively as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
