Job summary

Apleona Ireland in Galway City is seeking reliable Cleaning staff to join our on-site team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across our facilities and delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires basic health and safety awareness, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and flexible, honest, and reliable conduct. Previous cleaning experience is desirable.

• Good work record, with previous cleaning experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum carpets and mop/buff floors.
• Clean toilets and polish glass/brass surfaces.
• Collect and dispose of rubbish.
• Use cleaning materials and equipment safely (per COSHH guidelines).
• Display safety signage during cleaning operations.
• Report defects and safety issues promptly.
• Maintain security awareness and report suspicious activities.
• Undertake job-related training as needed.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Work effectively as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
