Greenvolt Next Ireland is seeking an experienced Civils Project Manager to lead the delivery of civil engineering works on utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across Ireland. The successful candidate will manage civils activities from pre-construction through to project completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline. Chartered status or working towards professional accreditation. Temporary Works Coordinator training. Minimum five years' experience managing civil engineering or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of construction programmes, subcontractor management and project controls. Experience delivering renewable‑energy, utility or power‑infrastructure projects. Knowledge of NEC4, FIDIC or EPC contracts. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Full clean driving licence. Leadership and team management. Planning and organisation. Commercial awareness. Problem‑solving and decision‑making. Risk management. Communication and stakeholder engagement. Quality and safety leadership.
