Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Mallow, Co. Cork, Ireland is seeking a Civil Project Manager for permanent on-site roles across Southwest projects. You will lead the civil engineering scope, manage safety, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in a similar role, a Level 8 Civil Engineering degree, and a full driving licence. Monday to Friday, 39 hours, with benefits including a company vehicle, fuel card, and 22 days annual leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar civil role.
• Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Good knowledge of project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HSE & Sustainability standards on-site.
• Lead the construction team in civil engineering projects.
• Co-ordinate with clients, subcontractors and other engineers.
• Monitor performance, manage procurement and budget.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and reporting.
