Cunningham is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our high performing team in Clondalkin, Co Dublin. Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead the safe delivery of allocated projects, develop schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.

You will bring a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and a minimum of five years PM experience with a main contractor in the UK or Ireland, including civil engineering projects.

Formación

• Degree or higher diploma in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum five years project management experience with a Main Contractor in the UK or Ireland.
• Minimum three years experience managing Civil Engineering projects.
• Public works and Form of contract experience.

Responsabilidades

• Be accountable for safe delivery of projects to client spec, timelines and budgets.
• Develop project plans and schedules and execute to achieve outcomes.
• Meet objectives in timely delivery, cost, quality and client satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day lifecycle from initial stages to hand-over.
• Coordinate activities with Quality Systems and Engineering Specifications.
• Manage resources across disciplines to deliver the project.
• Foster collaborative relationships with client and stakeholders.
• Provide accurate performance data to senior management regularly.
• Ensure proactive risk management and periodic reviews with the project team.
• Manage client reporting including KPI data and programme updates.
• Oversee project EHS requirements including RAMS.
• Support HSQE principles across the project.
• Periodically audit site management systems for compliance.
• Assist in closure of defects during defects period and certificate of Making Good Defects.
• Address delays, bad weather or emergencies on site.
• Manage day-to-day site operations of subcontractors.
• Coordinate workflow of subcontractors with the project program.
