Job summary

Noel Group in Ireland is seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead technology strategy, governance and risk in a highly regulated environment. The role reports to the CEO and partners with the Board to shape the CASP journey and technology risk framework.

The CIO will oversee ICT governance, cyber security, third‑party risk, incident response, business continuity and regulatory engagement to support CASP authorisation and ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• Technology leadership within a regulated environment.
• Experience with DORA & ICT Risk Management.
• Cyber Security governance and information security oversight.
• Operational resilience, business continuity and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT governance, cyber security and operational resilience.
• Own ICT Risk Management Framework and DORA compliance programme.
• Oversee outsourced technology providers and critical third-party relationships.
• Drive information security governance and incident management.
• Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Provide technology risk oversight and challenge to stakeholders.
• Support regulatory engagement with the Central Bank of Ireland.
• Deliver Board-level reporting on technology, resilience and cyber risk.
