Job summary

ACE Money Transfer IE Ltd is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to drive the organisation's IT strategy, governance, and technological resilience. You will oversee cybersecurity, risk management, and vendor oversight for a regulated payment entity operating in a hybrid Dublin-based environment.

The role requires senior technology leadership experience in regulated financial services, with a focus on AI strategy, data governance, and regulatory compliance. Hybrid work in Dublin is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is desirable.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, COBIT, ITIL, or equivalent are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AMTL's IT strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead ICT governance, risk management and regulatory compliance activities.
• Oversee cybersecurity strategy, monitoring, incident response and governance.
• Govern outsourced ICT services and vendor management to meet regulatory and performance expectations.
• Lead AI strategy and data governance, ensuring responsible AI practices and risk controls.
