Job summary

Rituals is seeking a seasonal Retail Associate in Ireland to welcome customers, assist them in finding products, and create a memorable Feel-Good experience during the festive period. You’ll contribute to a luxury brand by presenting products with care and maintaining a beautifully stocked boutique.

Whether you’re energetic or calm, you’ll connect with customers, handle the register, and help keep the shop looking its best during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect with customers and contribute to a luxury brand.
• Willingness to maintain store standards and accurate product displays.
• Comfort with operating a point-of-sale system and handling deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Feel-Good Experience to customers and welcome them with Rituals hospitality.
• Hit sales targets by promoting products and encouraging memberships.
• Handle all retail essentials including register, deliveries, and stock upkeep.
• Be a brand ambassador by ensuring displays look premium and supporting the Rituals look.
