Johnson Controls is seeking a Chiller Service Engineer to perform commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting and maintenance on water/air cooled chillers and heat pumps. The role focuses on high-profile pharmaceutical and tech clients with strong health and safety emphasis.
You will typically survey sites, produce records and help quotes, while operating with limited supervision within established processes and a collaborative team environment.
What you will do You will provide up to date site surveys, records, and reports regarding works completed and actions needed to aid quoting of new or replacement equipment. Your main role is to carry Commissioning, servicing, trouble shooting, and maintenance of Industrial water/air cooled Chillers and Heat pumps. As a Chiller Service Engineer, you are the primary contact for all technical service issues, accountable for resolving highly complex systems within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement and customer needs. You will be working mainly with the company’s largest customers predominantly within the foreign direct investment sector of Pharmaceutical, Life science and High Tech Clients. Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do. Although often working without accompaniment you will be part of a team and contribute towards its success.
