Corlann South East is seeking bright, ambitious individuals for a Support Worker (Care Assistant) role at the Children's Respite Service in Clonmel. Temporary, Part Time positions available (20 hours per fortnight) and (39 hours per fortnight).

The role provides key-working support, personal care, and assistance with Individual Plans, plus helping people access community activities. Benefits include competitive pay, sleepover rate, flexible hours and full training; closing date 25th October

Responsabilités

• Support Workers provide a key-working caring role for a group of People Supported by the Services. They are responsible for all aspects of personal care required during the day.
• Assist and support People Supported by the Services with the development of their Individual Plans and achievement of associated outcomes.
• Support People Supported by the Services in community participation and integration.
