CPL Healthcare is representing a new children’s residential service in Carlow, seeking an experienced Social Care Leader to join the Management Team. You will lead day-to-day operations, guide staff, and ensure safe, child-centred practice in a therapeutic environment.

The role focuses on supporting the Management Team, maintaining HIQA standards, and delivering high-quality care for children under 12. Full driving licence preferred; experience in children’s services essential.

Formación

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working within children’s services
• Full clean driver’s licence
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Knowledge of HIQA standards, safeguarding, and child-centred practice
