CPL Healthcare is partnering with a client to recruit a Social Care Leader for a new children’s residential service in Carlow, supporting children under 12. The role focuses on safe, nurturing, and child-centred care within a therapeutic environment.

You will work with the Management Team, providing leadership and guidance to staff and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure high standards of care and safeguarding.

Formación

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working within children’s services.
• Full clean driver’s licence.
• Knowledge of HIQA standards, safeguarding, and child-centred practice.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Management Team in the day-to-day running of the service.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the staff team.
• Deliver safe, nurturing, and child-centred care within a therapeutic residential environment.
