Job summary

CRC Central Remedial Clinic in Waterford is seeking a Children’s Disability Network Manager (CDNM), a leadership role to develop and deliver children’s disability services in line with national policy. You will lead an integrated, family‑centred team and liaise with HSE, staff and families to ensure high quality, safe services.

You will report to the Head of Community Integration and help implement the Creating Pathways that Empower and Enable strategy.

Qualifications

• Have a relevant professional qualification in Nursing or a Health and Social Care profession and where appropriate, have statutory registration or professional registration / accreditation.
• Have a minimum of five years post qualification work experience including three years working in or managing the delivery of children’s disability therapeutic services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of Children’s Disability Services in line with National Policy and liaise with stakeholders (HSE, staff, families) to ensure high quality, safe, integrated services.
• Inspire and manage an integrated, family centred team and report to the Head of Community Integration to deliver core objectives.
