Job summary

Sherpa Kids is hiring a Programme Lead in Ireland to manage and lead a team delivering before/after school and holiday clubs at partner schools. You will supervise day-to-day activities, engage with children and their families, and coordinate staff to deliver structured, engaging daily programmes.

Requires a childcare qualification (Fetac Level 5 or equivalent), Garda vetting, and at least two written references.

Qualifications

• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 year).
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview).
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Own car required for programme lead.
• Maintain the day-to-day activities.
• Interact with children, families and other staff daily.
• Bring energy and enthusiasm to engage with children.
• Assist with before/after school activities and holiday clubs.

Job Description

Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team

Own carrequiredfor programme lead

Maintain the day-to-day activities

Interacting with the children, theirfamiliesand other staff members each day.

Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.

Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 2 year)

Proficiencyin technology and software (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).

Basic knowledge of child development
