A long‑established community childcare centre in Mullingar is seeking an experienced and motivated Childcare Centre Manager to lead a dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of care and early education. This role is ideal for someone currently working in the Early Years sector who is ready to progress into a meaningful leadership position.

About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support staff, and maintain a warm, child‑centred environment. You will play a key role in ensuring quality practice, strong parent partnerships, and a positive team culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, supporting, and developing a team of Early Years Educators and Room Leaders
  • Creating a positive, collaborative, and professional working environment
